SOLI INVICTO COMITI reverse type depicting Sol radiate, standing left, raising right hand, globe in left, chlamys across left shoulder. Mint of Trier (T-F//(P?)TR. A copper alloy Roman nummus of Constantine I, dating from AD 321 (Reece period 16). BEATA TRANQUILLITAS reverse type depicting Altar inscribed with VOT/IS/XX and surmounted by globe. Mint of Trier. Cf. RIC VII, p. 191, probably nos. 305-306. Because of surface wear on the obverse, some attributes of the bust are unclear. It is likely that the bust is wearing the trabea and holding an eagle-tipped spear in left hand, rather than right.

A slightly worn and corroded 4th-century copper-alloy Roman nummus of Crispus, BEATA TRANQVILLITAS reverse, possibly Trier Mint, (AD 317-326, Reece issue period 16). Although the mint is missing from this coin, due to circumferential loss, the combination of legends with altar inscription and surmounting triple stars suggests that this coin is most similar to that of RIC VII, p191, No. 307, dating to AD 321 and originating from the Trier Mint.
