An extremely worn copper-alloy Roman barbarous radiate coin, c. AD 275-285. Reece Period 14. It is possible to see traces of a radiate bust facing right on the obverse and a linear design, perhaps a standing figure and altar on the reverse. However, due to the severe surface damage it is impossible to determine either legend and for whom the coin was issued.

Both faces of the coin have completely abraded away, but it is possible to see traces of the bust on the obverse and a possible standing figure on the reverse. Due to the condition of the coin, a more specific identification is impossible.

Two of the coins have figures standing left on the reverse. The dimensions of the largest coin of the group have been recorded below. Other diameters: 9.3mm, 7.3mm, 7.5mm, 7.9mm, 10mm. A combined weight has been provided.

The reverse is similarly corroded and possibly has a single standing figure. The coin is crudely made and is in all likelyhood a contemporary 'barbarous' copy.
