A flint knapped Mesolithic to early Neolithic blade, c. 7000-3500 BC. The blade has been finely retouched at the distal end; the platform of percussion and bulb of percussion seems to have been removed. The flint material is of a medium to dark grey colour with one white chert inclusion on the ventral face. The blade measures 56.7mm long, 17.6mm wide, 5.9mm thick and weighs 6.07 grams.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman trumpet brooch of Hull T158D, dating from first to second century AD. The brooch has a trumpet-shaped oval head which is missing the intergral loop at the top; most of the four coiled spring head is intact and held in place by means of an iron axial pin. The spring coil that terminates in the pin is broken, with the pin missing. The integral chord passes below the spring coils. A complete late Medieval to early Post Medieval cast copper alloy thimble, probably dating from the 15th-16th centuries AD. This is a closed thimble with tapered sides, and a domed top, with no tonsure.. The thimble is decorated with a spiral of indentations which are large and deep. There is a plain band round the base. The thimble measures 21.4 mm high, 19.84 mm base diameter and weighs 8.33 grams.

A Post Medieval cast lead alloy uniface token dating from c. AD 1550-1800. Powell Type 2. One face is decorated with the initial 'H' with a central pellet; the other face is undecorated. Lead tokens were easy to manufacture and widely circulated over a long period of time; they are therefore difficult to date precisely, but those with initials or numbers are thought to date to the Post Medieval period.

The token is decorated on one face with a simple long cross design and possibly further decoration in each quadrant, which is now illegible. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were easy to manufacture and circulate; they are therefore difficult to date precisely but those with simple designs are generally given a Medieval to Post Medieval date.

There are two seperate circular rivets in place on the rectangular buckle plate, which is composed of a single sheet of copper alloy with a central notch removed for the pin and has been wrapped around the strap bar. An incomplete cast copper alloy probably Post Medieval buckle, c. 1550-1650. The frame has a slightly thicker outer edge and incised decoration, missing its pin. Overall the buckle measures 34mm long, 28.21mm wide and 2.23mm thick. The internal measurement of a loop is 21.07mm long and 9.64mm wide. The frame is D shaped in cross section and has bevelled edges. On both loops the outer edges there are three traverse grooves where the pin would have sat. The buckle is similar in style and decoration to one illustrated in Whitehead 2001 (p. 54, no. 302).

The object has been broken and approximately only half remains; there are old breaks at either end which carry the same colour as the outer surface of the object. The fragment is curved and the shaft has been twisted, making one broken end roughly D-shaped in cross-section whereas the other end is roughly triangular in cross-section.
