A worn and complete cast copper-alloy crotal bell of Post Medieval date (1550-1650 AD). The bell is sub-spherical and comprises two hemispherical domes with a raised circumferential join. The top hemisphere has two circular sound holes and a sub-square suspension loop with drilled circular hole projecting from the top. The hole was drilled later into the solid cast loop suggesting it was made before the introduction of the detachable 'sprue-piece' method in the mid-17th century. Medieval copper alloy cast lozengiform horse harness pendant, with missing top attachment loop. The harness fitting is diamond shaped, with moderately preserved red enamel and worn stamped blazon on the external surface. The blazon is decorated with the Gules three lions passant guardant Or (Arms of England), which consists of three lions stacked in order of descending size, with small head and bodies and elaborate tails, which curve back upon the body, and splayed feet and legs. The decorative elements are enclosed by a diamond-shaped border that follows the perimeter of the pendant.…

A complete, Medieval copper-alloy single-loop rectangular buckle, with pin intact. The buckle frame is relatively plain, but with beveled edges and traces of the solid casting process can be seen in light linear filing marks on the edges. It has an irregular thickness to its sides, with the left edge being thickest and right edge the thinnest, in order to accommodate attachment points for pin and plate.
