An incomplete cast copper alloy Roman Polden HIll style brooch, dating from c. AD 80-120. The brooch retains both wings which terminate in end caps, pierced to take the spring axis bar. The pin is broken and missing. The bow is angular in form with a rectangular recess at the top of the bow which whould have contained enamelling, but this is now missing. The foot of the brooch terminates in a rounded, expanded knop and the catch plate is intact.

A broken and corroded, Roman copper alloy brooch, Hod Hill variant.The head is damaged, the pin and central mounting are absent. From the sub-rectangular head the bow narrows and is decorated by three horizontal ribs It then widens to a flat circular plate with a central circular perforation that has signs of an iron rivet in place and iron staining. The bow continues to narrow to what appears to be a break that happened in antiquity, and has the appearance of three horizontal ribs. Incomplete Roman copper alloy finger ring. A curving round-sectioned rod, broken at both ends, one of which is distorted, expanding in the centre into an oval bezel inlaid with orange enamel within which a quatrefoil is reserved. Quatrefoil motifs occur on several Norfolk terrets (e.g. Hutcheson 2004, nos. 124-6) and one from a hoard at Carleton Rode (Gurney 2005, fig. 2 C). A broken cast copper-alloy Roman finger ring of c. third century date. The ring is a small example comprising a slender, rectangular-sectioned hoop which has broken at one side of the bezel. The bezel is oval in plan and the shoulders of the finger ring are constricted at the intersection of the bezel and hoop. The remains of a white paste can be seen in the bezel; this may have been the glue for a decorative insert of the remains of degraded enamel. Width of bezel: 5.2mm. Width of ring band: 1.6mm.

A fragment of a cast copper-alloy object, quite possibly part of a Roman toilet article, probably an ear scoop dating from AD43-410. The object has a round-section shank with a flat curved oval scoop at one end, and a wide flat plate at the other. It is bent and curved in the centre of the shaft, although it is not clear whether this is a result of damage or design. It is undecorated. 31.1mm long, 6.4mm scoop diameter.

An incomplete copper-alloy finger ring of Roman date (AD 43-200). The object is composed of an oval hoop which is D-shaped in section and expands to wide shoulders and narrows towards the hoop. The ring hoop is broken with an old and abraded break where the band tapered to a narrow point. There is an ovate cell in the centre of the retained portion which would have formed the bezel and would have held an intaglio.
