A very worn silver half real of "Spain". In, "Coins of Europe", Carson, R. A. (1962, p.315) states that this type was introduced in 1497 under Ferdinand V and Isabella I (1474-1504-1516) but continued to be minted until 1537, within the reign of Charles V. On the obverse there is a yoke, Ferdinands symbol, and on the reverse a bundle of arrows, Isabellas symbol.
