A cast copper-alloy spout possibly from a tap or a ewer of later medieval or post-medieval date. The hollow spout is tubular, curving gradually, with a transverse ridge on the upper surface, running across half of the spout. One face of the ridge has a rough edge and probably the ridge indicated where it was joined to the vessel. The copper alloy now has a light green patina interspersed with black. One fragment of worn, sub-angular translucent crystalline calcite with flat cleavage planes visible on three axis and worn, smoothed, sides. Probably naturally formed: no evidence seen for artificial shaping. 29.1mm by 28.3mm by 20.2mm and 24.39g in weight. Although natural and potentially local as calcite does form in limestone the piece was picted out by the finder as unusual in the field. An incomplete Roman copper alloy bracelet dating to cAD 300 to 400. The bracelet is formed of a strip of copper alloy which has been bent into an irregular U-shape. One end is complete and narrows to catch and the other finishes in a straight, patinated break. A copper-alloy Lion bow derivative brooch of early Late Iron Age or early Roman date, AD 1-100 . The coiled wire spring and chord is contained within a horizontally aligned, open-ended cylinder, the wire pin projecting from a central slit. A Medieval cast copper-alloy pedestal type seal matrix dating to the 14th century. The matrix face is sub-circular. The pedestal is faceted with six facets and thins as it rises before it widens slightly to a collar topped by a rounded terminal. Below the collar is an incised transverse groove that emphasises the collar. Above the collar there is a flattened crescent, ends upwards, within which the terminal sits. A Medieval copper alloy harness pendant dating to cAD1200-1400. The object is in the shape of a flower with a central circular plate and six projecting lobes. On the central plate is depicted a raise, moulded human head with straight hair on either side almost to chin length. A worn and incomplete late 13th-century silver medieval penny of Alexander III of Scotland, second coinage, Class B, possibly Berwick mint (1280-1286 AD; Spink 5052). The twenty-four points on the reverse stars suggests Berwick as the mint. The coin has been bent and had fractured towards the circumference. The circumferential loss is up to the internal beaded border.

A rim sherd probably from a medieval cooking pot (c.1100 - c. 1400 AD). It has a pale grey-brown silty fabric with c. 15 - c. 20% medium quartz temper; the inclusions have leached out slightly on the surfaces. The piece has a rolled over rim projecting at ninety degrees on the outer face (Th.: 12.45mm); below the edge it has a slightly concave inner side and convex outer. It is too small and irregular to identify the original diameter.

Two sherds of Roman greyware, a base sherd and a rim sherd. Both sherds have a medium grey-brown fabric with abundant, c. 30% fine sand temper. The base fragment has only a small part of the base on it but shows the convex wall rises from the flat base at about sixty degrees. The rim fragment has an everted rim, possibly from a jar, with a slightly widened and flattened top ending in a slightly rounded outer edge. It is too short and irregular to estimate the original diameter (L.: 57.1mm). They weigh 28.08 grams together.

A fragment of a Roman finger ring probably dating to the first or second century. Only the bezel of the ring survives. The bezel of the ring is sub-rectangular in plan with slightly rounded corners and also sub-rectangular in cross section, with a slight curve seen on the inside edge to allow a more comfortable fit. Projecting from two narrow edges are small fragments of the rings shoulders each surviving for less than 2mm. These fragments are thinner than the bezel and are also sub-rectangular in cross section. The strap fitting is made of a rectangular strip (c. 5.6mm wide) that is sub-oval in cross section with a slightly flatter lower surface. One end of the strip expands into an circular terminal (c.10.4mm diameter), from the back of which projects a conical lug, whose diameter narrows from 4.6mm at its base to 2.8mm at its rounded point. Roman copper alloy figurine depicting the god Mars. The figurine shows a standing male with an helmet and short tunic. He has got a crest projecting out of the helmet c.1.4 mm in high and c.2.68mm in width. The crest runs along the centre across the top from his forehead and down the back of the helmet ending just before the neck, the crest is very worn and originally more prominent. The piece is corroded and the back has a rough finish. The buckle has a brown patina. It measures 21.24mm in length, 32.16mm in width, 3.10mm in thickness and weighs 5.34g. Egan (2007, 86) categorises this form as Type 1 and suggests they are focussed in the 13th to 14th century although may start earlier..
