A cast copper alloy horse harness pendant with enamel decoration. A shield-shaped pendant. The design is probably gules, a fesse between six martlets (3/3) or (a red enamel field with six birds (martlets) and a horizontal band (fesse) and which was probably originally gilded.) A copper-alloy Post Medieval hooked clasp sword belt fitting dating to 1500 to 1650. The fitting is the 'eye' and not the 'hook'. The body of the fitting would have been sub-rectangular but has two breaks one in each corner, the piece tapers into the 'eye' loop by a double moulded crescent. The outer face is decorated with two raised, rounded domes (now corroded) placed above the rivets. There are two rivet holes on the reverse both are encrusted with iron corrosion. An incomplete cast copper alloy dagger. The dagger is broadly triangular with a straight sides tapering to a rounded point. It is almost flat in cross section, with a defined, thinned edges leaving a low central rib on both faces. At the hilt end the remnant of a flared tang with a semi-circular hole on either side for missing rivets. Both faces have some raised and uneven corrosion products, particularly at the tang end.
