Post Medieval copper alloy trade weight from a stacking set of the reign of Elizabeth I (1558-1603). The weight is circular and flat on both faces with straight sides. The top has a circular indent at the centre and is stamped with a crowned EL at 5 o'clock. It is 15.4mm in diameter and 2.0mm thick; it weighs 2.62 grams ( 0.09 oz probably originally 1/8oz). Biggs (1992:50) illustrates similar weights and states that those with this mark for Elizabeth started being issued around 1590. Its sides, 2.9mm thick and 15.4mm tall, flare evenly upwards from the base to a rim. The base is flat on the inside and outside. The inner and outer faces and rim are plain. A cast copper-alloy Post-medieval one ounce trade weight dating from the period AD 1714-1830 (George I - IV). The weight is discoidal, slightly raised in the central 7mm diameter area, with a central circular indentation and two radiating circumferential grooves at approximately 3mm and 8mm from the edge. It also has a raised rim and is trapezoidal in cross-section with the base slightly narrower than the top, suggesting that it may have been part of a stacking set. Post Medieval fragment of a copper alloy cast leg from a cooking vessel. The fragment is 'D'-shaped in section with a notched curved outer edge created by five ribs that run down the front. It measures 57.3mm in length, 46.6mm in width, 23.6mm in thickness and weighs 86.82g. Butler, Green and Booth (2003; 4) suggests that legs such as these were widespread by the 17th century.

An incomplete curved copper alloy handle for a vessel, probably dating to the post-medieval period, however it has not yet been directly paralleled and an earlier date cannot be ruled out. The handle is triangular in cross section with a slghtly convex curved inner face and ridge running down the centre of the upper face. It narrows from the break at one end to the break at the other. A Post-Medieval copper alloy handle from a cooking vessel such as a posnet or skillet. The handle is a shallow 'D' shape in cross section, with a flat upper surface and a convex, rounded reverse. There are rough breaks on both ends, one ot a c30 degree angle, the other transverse. The upper surface has three parallel but not equidistant (two on one side being closer together), longitudinal grooves but is otherwise undecorated.. A cast copper-alloy spout possibly from a tap or a ewer of later medieval or post-medieval date. The hollow spout is tubular, curving gradually, with a transverse ridge on the upper surface, running across half of the spout. One face of the ridge has a rough edge and probably the ridge indicated where it was joined to the vessel. The copper alloy now has a light green patina interspersed with black. The leg terminates in a very worn foot, almost oval now in cross section and rounded at the slightly widened base, separated from the leg by a raised transverse collar.
