Knapped flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating from the Late Neolithic to Middle Bronze Age (c. 2500 BC - c.1150 BC). The arrowhead is bifacially worked and an elongated triangle in plan, with two notches in the base, between a central tang and a barb at either side. The point has broken away. One barb has also been lost, the other is small with a rounded end. The tang is relatively large and now rectangular as the end has broken away. Knapped flint arrowhead, probably a lead-shaped example dating from the Early Neolithic to Early Bronze Age (4000-1000 BC). The flint is light grey on the upper part, darker towards the lower end. One edge is broken along almost the entire side, from just below the top point. A straight break across the base has removed the end. The remaining edge is unusual as it is concave below the widest point but this may be due to later chips as chipping has created a more adbrupt edge here than on the rest of the arrowhead. The arrowhead is bifacially worked and sub-triangular in plan with slightly convex sides and a small chip at the point. There are two round ended notches in the base, flanking the central tang with a barb at either side. The tang is wider and longer than the barbs and has a rounded end. A complete late Neolithic flint polished axe head dating to the period (2900-2100BC). The axe is knapped from a light grey coloured flint; with substantial light brown inclusions toward the butt. The axe head is broadly triangular and tapers evenly in width along its length from the widest point at the blade to a rounded butt. In plan the sides of the axe taper evenly in a convex curve to both ends from the thickest point which is 25% of the way along from the cutting edge to the butt.
