Incomplete and probably Medieval lead seal matrix, probably originally circular, with a c.5mm diameter hole pierced close to one edge. It weighs 45.77g and measures 41.57x33.21x5.24mm. Its original diameter would have been circa 42mm. One side is smooth and plain while the other has the inscription [...]IMPER[...]L around the edge, with possibly a double-stranded cross at the centre (although only a very small part remains). Medieval copper alloy gilt and enameled horse harness pendant and silvered pendant hanger, together measuring 55.59mm in length and weighing 15.98g. The pendant hanger is T-shaped and triangular in section with a split cylindrical projection at the bottom of the stem. The cross bar measures 19.21x9.13x2.88mm and the stem 6.04x7.95x4.15mm, excluding the cylindrical projection which is 5.92mm in diameter and 7.36mm in horizontal length. An incomplete Medieval (1400-1450) copper alloy composite crescentic strap end with trefoil projection, missing its backplate. It measures 42.85x29.53x2.95mm and weighs 8.7g. The cast upper plate is crescental with remains of iron rivets at the points where the crescent ends join to form a circle. In shape the plate is roughly D-shaped with a wide outer edge, much narrower edge, and oval opening 13.46x15.68mm. An incomplete medieval (1260-1500) copper alloy heraldic shield shaped Harness Mount 'Chequy', missing one corner, all of its enamel and gilded or silvering decoration, and most of the integral attachment spike. It measures 37.50x28.71x3.85mm and weighs 11.02g. The mount is 2.13mm thick and decorated with 6 rows of alternating squares in a checkerboard patter. The raised squares would have been gilded or silvered (Or or Argent) and the slightly recessed areas would have been filled with a coloured enamel. Medieval copper alloy pointed oval seal matrix, measuring 31.2x19.1mm and weighing 6.43g. It is 2mm thick. The matrix depicts a crowned Madonna feeding child ('Maria Lactans') above an arch, below which a figure faces left, praying. A comparison for this image can be seen on a seal matrix from Dunnington, North Yorkshire, IHS-E06142. Medieval copper alloy hooked tag of Read's Early Post-Medieval Type 7. It is composed by six globular bodies with transverse crest ribs marked on, and it has two rivet holes with traces of iron rivets in. It widens to the end where probably was a suspension loop. A complete cast copper-alloy crucifix of probable medieval date. The top arm of the crucifix expands towards the tip and the terminal is convex, the terminal has a circular perforation for suspension. A Medieval (1250-1500) copper alloy gilded and enamelled shield-shaped heraldic horse harness pendant, blazoned: gules a fess between six cross crosslets or. The pendant has a red enamel background divided in two with a horizontal band. Above are three cross crosslets horizontally arranged, below are a further three arranged two over one. Gilding is missing on the cross crosslets but a small speck survives on the band. The red enamel background is almost intact above the band, but is mostly missing below.
