Post Medieval cast copper alloy double looped buckle with oval expansions at the centre of each loop with moulded rosettes on the front and lobed knops at the end of the narrowed strap bar. There are significant remains of a wrought iron pin on one loop and on the strap bar. It is 44 mm long, 31.7mm wide and weights 9.08 grams.
Whitehead (2003) p.66, no.408 which he dates to c.1550-1650 AD.
