An incomplete copper-alloy Post-medieval double loop buckle. The buckle has small projecting lobes at either end of the strap bar. There are slight nitches at either end of the D shaped loops to act as a pin rest, the pin is missing.

A cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle frame of medieval to early post-medieval date. The frame is formed of two conjoined ovals such that the sides incurve. The frame is bevelled both internally and externally on the upper surface, the latter more shallowly; the lower surface is flat. The pin bar thus has a trapezoidal cross-section, it is bent upwards slightly. The pin is missing.

Post-medieval cast copper alloy double-loop buckle frame, missing its pin and plate. It has oval loops which are triangular in section with a flat back. At the centre od the outerside of each loop is an oval expansion stamped with an annulet, possibly part of a very worn flower design. There are lobed knops either end of the strap bar.there are traces of a black laquer coating and some iron corrosion around the strap bar which may be the remains of the pin. Post Medieval cast copper alloy double looped buckle, circa 1550 - 1650 AD. It is oval in plan with two D-shaped loops and oval in cross section. The centre of the outer edge of each loop is expanded into a oval each decorated with circa five incised transverse lines radiating out from the centre of the inner side. The strap bar is recessed from the front and slightly projecting at the back. Slight transverse indents on the front create the impression of knops at either end. Incomplete post medieval cast copper alloy buckle frame. The frame was double looped but one of the oval loops has been lost to an old break. It is D shaped in section with a flat back and a decorative outer edge. The decoration consists of an asymmetrical moulded pattern of four folded leaves running around the outer edge, the lobed of one overlapping the base of the other. The strap bar has a slight curve due to damage and a lobed knop at each end. The frame measures 21mm long, 23.4mm wide, 2.8mm thick and weighs 3.08 grams.
