Two circular cast lead alloy disc weights of uncertain date. Both weights have an incised cross with smaller diagonal lines projecting the same direction from each arm on one face, possibly representing windmill sails and an incised 'V' on the other. 1) 30.6mm in diameter, 3.9mm in thickness and 18.27g, 2) 28.6mm in diameter, 2.9mm in thickness and 13.44g. Weights sych as these were cast locally in lead from the Roman period onwards for a wide variety of uses and are hard to date precisely although most are late Medieval - Post Medieval

Fragment of a copper alloy object of possible Roman date. The object consists of a pointed drop-shaped element with a tip turned out at 30 degrees angle. The tip and the opposite side are now missing due to old breaks. Both the front and the reverse side are decorated: half of the face has three longitudinal grooves which leave three thin raised lines; the other half is concave on both sides. The ring is very regular in form and has a maximum diameter of 66.2mm that varies little across the ring. The hoop is similarly regular. The piece has a sub-rectangular shape for 65 mm in length and gradually widen from 13.5 mm on the base to 20.5 mm near the top. A fragment of clear, uncoloured glass dating from either the Roman period or Post-medieval. The fragment is very roughly triangular in shape measuring 41.5mm by 39.4mm by 29.7mm. It is of uneven thickness to a maximum of 2.3mm. One fragment of worn, sub-angular translucent crystalline calcite with flat cleavage planes visible on three axis and worn, smoothed, sides. Probably naturally formed: no evidence seen for artificial shaping. 29.1mm by 28.3mm by 20.2mm and 24.39g in weight. An incomplete copper-alloy stud or mount of unceratin date, Iron Age to Post Medieval. This stud is circular in plan with a highly domed hollow head being convex on top and concave beneath. The dome's edge is slightly damaged on one side, while its upper surface is abraded and pitted. An integral spike projects from the centre of the inside of the dome and extends for 12.8mm before terminating in a rounded and abraded end. The object is undecorated but has long striations around its outer face, probably from filing or wear, and with two areas of wear where the ring is thinner. Diameter: 27.4mm, width: 4.0mm, Thickness of loop from: 4.6mm, to: 3.3mm, Weight: 7.13g. Such rings are largely undatable and can be as early as Iron Age, but it is most likely a Medieval to Post-Medieval horse harness ring, possibly to link two straps given how it is worn in two places.
