An incomplete Roman copper-alloy double dolphin brooch (c. AD 150-c. 250).
The pin is largely missing.
These stylised dolphins are parallel and are joined together at the tails and about mid-way along the bodies. The dolphin's heads abut a horizontal bar which has a pair of pin lugs at the rear. The lugs contain a copper-alloy axis bar and the loop of an iron pin. Behind the tails an elongated stub is the remains of a catch-plate. In side profile the brooch is 'S'-shaped.
This brooch has a green patina.

An incomplete Roman copper-alloy finger-ring (c. AD 300-410).
The bezel is off-set to one side of the hoop and may have been designed as such. There is a small break on the edge of the bezel.
This finger-ring has a flat, circular bezel which is decorated with a pattern of incised lines within a circular border. The decoration consists of two opposing 'chevrons' which may form an 'X' or a crude cross saltire. In three angles there is a short incised line. An incomplete Late Iron Age to Early Roman copper-alloy Langton Down type brooch (AD 25-60).
The pin, spring mechanism and the lower part of the bow, including the catch-plate, are missing.
The brooch is generally T-shaped in plan and has wings which are semi-cylindrical and open at the rear. In plan, the bow narrows from the wings towards the break at the bottom. Adjacent to the wings, the bow has a width of c. 15.0mm and the width at the break is 6.2mm. The front of the bow is stepped horizontally and the rear face is flat and plain.

The foot and lower part of the bow of a copper-alloy Roman bow brooch (c. AD 100-200).
The bow, 7.0mm in width at the top and 5.8mm in width at the bottom, has a flat back and front with the sides shaped into two steps creating a broad central raised strip on the front flanked on each side by two narrower steps running down the length of the bow. A complete cast copper alloy mount of post-Medieval date. (c.1600-c.1750).
The mount is convex at the front and flat at the rear. In plan it is in the form of a heart with a fleur-de-lis terminal. The side fleurs of the fleur-de-lis curve round to join the ridge and thus have circular holes within. At the rear are two integral tapering spikes, circular in cross-section. Both of these are bent towards the fleur-de-lis end.

A fragment of a post-Medieval skillet handle (1679-1717 AD).
The fragment is sub-rectangular in plan, flat on the upper face and convex on the underside ('D'-shaped in cross-section). On the upper face there are incised letters: S E with an incised linear groove above and below the letters.
This handle has a dark green patina with patches of corrosion. It has an old break at each end and two old dents on the underside.

A post-Medieval cast copper-decorative hinge element from either a box or possibly a book fitting (c. 1500-c. 1700).
The object is flat and sub-rectangular in cross-section with bevelled edges at the front. One end terminates with a fleur-de-lis which has a countersunk hole for attachment. The rivet for this hole is missing. Beyond this is heart-shaped openwork, within which is a rounded moulding with a countersunk hole for a second rivet. A complete cast copper-alloy harness bell of probable Modern date (c. 1800-c. 1900). The bell part is formed of four cast triangular leaves which have been bent inwards towards the base. It has a complete spherical clear glass 'sound-pea' which has a diameter of 18.3mm. The sub-rectangular suspension loop is sub-circular in cross-section.

An incomplete Modern cast silver marrow spoon or scoop, probably dating 1807.
This find consists of a scoop and handle. There is a break at the opposite end to the scoop where there may have been a spoon bowl. The scoop element is 80.2mm in length and the parallel sides are 9.2mm in width. This part is 'U'-shaped in cross-section. Beyond the scoop, it is 'D'-shaped in cross section, flat on its upper surface, and tapers slightly in plan before expanding just before the break.
