An incomplete early Post-medieval copper-alloy eye section from a toggle clasp. The section is comprised of a circular 'eye' containing an irregular, but roughly cross shaped aperture. A circular loop and an incomplete plate extends from one side of the eye. The artefact has been bent.

An incomplete probably Post-Medieval (1500-1700) openwork probable strap distributor with domed centre boss. It is missing just less than half. Measures 29.28x29.04x8.13mm and weighs 6.7g. The plate around the centre boss (c.12mm diameter) is more or less circular in shape with an oval perforation in each quarter (although only two of these remain intact). Between each quarter protrudes a semi-circular lug (again, only two survive) with a rivet hole c.3mm in diameter just below (three rivet holes survive). An incomplete copper-alloy Post-medieval hooked sword belt fitting dating to the 16th - 17th centuries. The hook is missing due to old breaks, there are two iron rivets which are located on the main body of the fitting.
