Knapped flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating from the Late Neolithic to Middle Bronze Age (c. 2500 BC - c.1150 BC). The arrowhead is bifacially worked and an elongated triangle in plan, with two notches in the base, between a central tang and a barb at either side. The point has broken away. One barb has also been lost, the other is small with a rounded end. The tang is relatively large and now rectangular as the end has broken away. Medieval cast copper alloy suspension bar for a harness pendant of probable 13th to 14th century date. The mount is T-shaped with a horizontal top bar ending in a rounded lobe at one end with a separate copper-alloy rivet through it; the other end is lost to an old break. The sides of the bar curve inwards slightly between the ends and the centre. From the centre two bars project down which would have formed the loops to hold the axis bar on which the pendant hung. An Iron Age brooch of the La Tene IBb style (400-272 BC). The brooch is cast from a single piece of copper alloy. Half of the spring and all of the pin are missing. Only two loops of the spring remain on one side of the head. The bow has a semicircular arched profile and is oval in plan with a integrally cast valley running along the centre of the front. The foot with the catchplate is flat, level with the head. The catchplate is triangular, to one side of the foot and the outer edge curves up 90 degrees. Small gold appliqué decorated with curvilinear filigree wire. The plaque comprises a thin piece of sheet gold forming an extended rectangle in two decorative 'halves', with each of the shortest sides cut to form a 'V' shape. There is a small circular perforation at each corner, as well as an additional perforation below one of the corner perforations; other holes appear to be wear and tear.
