An incomplete Medieval silver halfpenny of Richard II (AD 1377-1399) or Henry IV (AD 1399-1413), probably dating to AD 1390-1412 or uncertain type and unclear mint.
The legend on the reverse has been lost through clipping or wear, and there is a break at a chord that loses about a quarter of the circumference The proposed dating is based on the style of crown, the relative narrowness of the jaw-line and the presence of ANGLIE in the obverse legend, as opposed to an abbreviated form. London Mint. Withers & Withers (2002: 51 and 2003: 20-21).

An extremely worn, broken and bent, probably irregular late 17th-century copper-alloy halfpenny of William III, first issue, London mint, dated '1795' AD (cf. Spink 3554).
Around a quarter of the original flan survives after ragged old breaks. This may have been broken deliberately after it was discovered to be a fake. Suggestive features are an incorrect die axis measurement, an unbarred 'A' on the reverse and an unclear date which appears to read '1795'.
