A silver cut halfpenny of John. The reverse legend on this coin reads 'RIEARD ON [...'. This die error is known for Ricard at London in class 5a2 (Mass 1275) and this is likely to be from the same die. The coin is slightly worn and bent. It measures 17.8mm in diameter, 0.4mm thick and weighs 0.65g.
