An incomplete lead alloy medieval lead pilgrim's ampulla dating to the period c.AD 1350 - 1530. The object is flask-shaped with an oval lower part and wide trapezoid neck above ending in an old, irregular, torn break at the top. It is hollow, with one side loop and small traces of a second. The object's lower portion has one side which is smooth and plain and the other side bears traces of a possible pattern. Post Medieval cast one-piece lead alloy button with an integral shank dating to c 17th century. The button is circular with a convex domed front and flat back. The central pellet is encircled by an asymmetrical moulded decoration divided into quarters. An incomplete cast lead-alloy figurine dating to the Post-Medieval period. The object is a flat figure moulded on one side and smooth on the other. It can therefore be classified as Forsyth and Egan, Type 3. The figure appears to be male, in military dress with baggy breeches and a fitted, sleeveless jerkin or waistcoat over a jacket or chemise with baggier sleeves and a plain cuff. An incomplete post medieval lead alloy (pewter) spoon bowl that is probably mid to late 17th century in date. The bowl is broken across the outer edge and at the junction with the handle with an old break/ The bowl itself is a broad oval with its point of maximum diameter being offset closer to the handle. The weight was originally open in profile, having a circular base with the sides flaring up to a wider rim. It has been compressed and one side is now folded inwards, although the original base area remains relatively unaffected. The plate is formed of three lobes arranged in a triangle with a central pellet and raised lines between them, defining each lobe. Medieval lead-alloy pilgrim's ampulla dating to c. AD 1350 to 1530. It is flask-shaped in plan with thinned elongated neck that expand slightly toward the mouth and a rounded lower body. The mouth measures 22.8 mm in width and is now squashed. The neck measures 16.4 mm in length. It is covered by multiple horizontal raised lines running across both sides, but more evidently on the front. Part of a lead alloy object, possibly the base and attachment for a handle on a large lead-tin (pewter) jug, possibly of Roman date. The piece has a sub-rectangular shape for 65 mm in length and gradually widen from 13.5 mm on the base to 20.5 mm near the top. From this point of maximum width it tapers again for 21 mm in length to a rounded, broken and worn, tip. The base is thinner and turned out at 20 degrees angle, moulded with a raised edge. Cast lead vessel repair (pot mend). It is roughly oval in plan and bullet-shaped with two irregularly shaped outer pieces of oxidised, white-patinated lead, one larger than the other, sandwiching a fragment of the original ceramic pot. The larger lead piece is slightly concave while the smaller piece is domed. The pottery has a bright orange fabric, possibly due to reheating with the mend with abundent coarse sand temper, patinated chert inclusions up to 1mm and occasional rounded ironstone suggesting a greensand derived fabric of local type .
