Minted by the moneyer Gefrei or Gerard at uncertain mint (London or York). North (1994, 220). It measures 10.6mm in length, 9.4mm in width and 0.6mm in thickness, and weighs 0.29g. It has been bent upwards slightly at one end.

The length of the coin is 19.2mm; it has a width of 9.0mm, a thickness of 0.6mm and weighs 0.52g. The coin has suffered a small loss at one end and, as such, is no longer complete.
