A complete Medieval lead seal matrix, dating to AD 1200 - 1400. The seal is a pointed oval or vessica shape it is decorated with a raised cross with an integral lug set close to the upper end on the reverse. The front face bears a leaf/plant design. A complete cast lead or lead alloy trade weight. The weight is circular in plan and flat with a rectangular section. It is stamped on one face with the mark "I" and a symbol. The symbol consists of a stamped grid style pattern enclosed in a circle of about 12.3mm in diameter. The back is plain. The weight is light grey in colour. It measures 33.0mm in diameter and 3.4mm in thickness and weighs 25.43g, c.0.90oz. A Medieval to Post Medieval biface lead token, dating to AD 1500-1600. Powell, type 10 (heads and bust) and Powell type 14 (heads and bust) on the other. The token is circular in plan. The inverse shows a raised head of an individual facing left wearing a hat, the outer edge of the token is decorated with a pellet border. The token has a raised cross, which is central and does not reach the outer edge, within each quarter of the cross is a raised pellet and the edge has a pellet border. A Post Medieval lead cloth seal dating to the period c. AD 1500 - 1800. The cloth seal consists of the remains of two circular discs joined together by a connecting strip and a rivet that was pushed through the hole in one disc from the other disc and stamped flat. The surviving part consists of one complete disc with its integral rivet and part of the connecting strip now broken at the end. The rivet is stamped with a partial raised privy or merchant's mark, with a central longitudinal line flanked on its right by the letter G and on the left by another symbol. A Post Medieval lead bifaced token or possibly weight probably dating to between c. AD1500 - 1800 of Powell type 2. One side bears the raised letters L O retrograde with a line underneath. The other face is less clear and has at least two vertical lines separated by a pellet, one joining a horizontal line, probably an H or a 4. A fired modern lead bullet. The cast lead bullet was probably originally of domed or pointed form with a hollow base, now mostly melted. The point has been flattened and the lower part of the bullet rolled/compressed upwards. The length is 13.6mm and width 18.8mm. The width of the top of the object is 11.2mm, suggesting its use for perhaps a 0.45 inch calibre weapon. There are two circumferential lines visible. Weight: 14.3grams​. A medieval lead pilgrim's ampulla dating to the period c.AD1350 - 1530. The top is open and measures 21.75mm in width. The neck tapers in width from the mouth to the base. The loop on either side is missing but remaining stubs suggest there were loops on both sides of the nack, about half way up. The lower half is semi-circular. A fragment of a Post-Medieval lead cloth seal, probably dating from the 17th century. The fragment consists of approximately 25-30 per cent of two discs pressed together. It has worn breaks almost all the way around it's edge. About 10 per cent of the edge is not broken and is part of the original edge of the seal.
