An incomplete cast copper-alloy post-medieval double looped buckle dating to c.1550 to 1650. Ninety percent of one loop is missing to old breaks near the bar. The outside edge is sub-oval with knops on each outside corner and at the end of the bar, the inside edge is sub-oval. The front is bevelled both internally and externally. The pin is absent and the reverse is flat and undecorated. A fragment consisting of just under half of a copper-alloy late medieval to early post-medieval purse bar of Ward Perkins Type/Williams Class A1, dating to c.1450-1550. The purse bar is broken where it would have met a square boss and is broadly circular in cross-section. Two complete cast copper-alloy post-medieval buttons dating to the 17th to 18th century. The buttons are circular and flat, with integral D-shaped drilled fastening loops on their reverses. The front of both buttons is decorated with an engraved sexfoil of circular petals between six pointed triangular petals. The pattern within the circular petals differs slightly from each button, one has an embossed square grid pattern and the other has a linear grooved pattern. The button is circular and flat in, with traces of an integral fastening loop which has broken off on the reverse, leaving two stubs. A complete copper alloy escutcheon from a hanging bowl. The escutcheon has a tear-drop shaped body shape with an integral hook projecting from the wider end. The hook is curved and in combination with the shape of the body results in the whole resembling a long-necked bird. There is even a suggestion of zoomorphic decoration at the hook's terminal in the form of an eye and beak-like projection. The body of the escutcheon is gently curved in profile.
