A copper alloy object probably used as a dress fastener. The object has a circular body (20.42mm diameter), decorated with annulets both around the outer edge and in a cross in the centre; there are three rivet or attachment holes drilled from the plain reverse through to the front. From the circular body projects a palno-convex stem or shank which terminates in larger circular rivet or attachment loop.
