A fragment of a copper alloy medieval buckle (c. 14th century). The fragment consists of about one quarter of the frame, with breaks at both ends. The reverse flat and smooth. The obverse has been bevelled along both edges, which curve round and taper.

Post Medieval Coin Weight: Complete cast copper alloy coin weight. The weight is a square flat disc decorated on both sides. One side carries the design of a crowned rose with the letters EC to either side. the other side probably shows a scallop shell with the letters GG above. This coin weight was continentally produced for the English market. GG is the mark of Gerrit Greers of Amsterdam. The weight weights1ozt. This coin weight is dated to c.1600-1630.

Medieval Horse Harness Pendant: Complete but worn cast copper alloy and enamel shield-shaped horse harness pendant. The front of the shield carries the design of a backward looking white wyvern (2 legged, winged dragon with a long tail) set against a blue or green background with a single 6 lobed white mullet in the upper right hand corner. The integrally cast suspension loop is set at a right angle to the shield at the midpoint of the upper edge. Harness pendants of this type are dated c.1200-1400.

Post Medieval cast copper alloy sword belt fitting. The fitting consists of a plate with a curved hook at one end with spherical finial. The plate is decorated with an incised curvilinear floriate design. The plate has two circular rivets at the top and bottom. Fittings of this type are dated c.1550-1650.

Medieval to post Medieval cast copper alloy probable swivel. The item consists of a central barrel like part with incised decoration with a cast circular hoop for attachment at each end. Although seemingly formed of two halves with a seam running around the middle of the barrel part there is presently no movement. The exact use of the item is uncertain and it is therefore classified broadly as a strap fitting. The fitting has been dated c.1400-1700.

The stud is in the form of an open-mouthed animal face with cross-hatching detail to the head, possibly intended to be a hat. The face has upturned ears protruding to either side of the 'hat' and two circular hollow recesses for the eyes which may have held glass or stones.
