An unusually large and decorative medieval silver annular brooch complete with pin and decorated with incised lines, inlaid niello and an inscription. The brooch is circular in cross section and, while weighty, the weight suggests it is hollow. There is a constriction at one point where the pin head is looped and corresponding slight wear on the opposite side of the ring, on the front where the pin point rests.
The front is decorated with four bands of decoration with plain areas between. The bands are evenly spaced around the ring with one starting adjacent to the pin constrict…

A bent and slightly chipped cast copper-alloy thimble, possibly from Nuremberg, dated to c. 1330-1400.
Despite the thimble being bent it is possible to identify its original form. Originally it would have been circular in plan and domed in profile (c. 10.2mm high). It edge is flat and narrow and it is made of thin metal. At the centre of the thimble on top of the dome is a single pierced hole (2.5mm diameter).
The sides and top are covered in small circular indented pits. The pits form a left-hand spiral around the sides, though this is not continuous, and continue in concentric…

A broken Medieval silver halfpenny probably of Henry II, probably dating between c. AD 1180-1189. Voided short cross coinage, probably classes 1a3 to 1b1. Unclear mint and moneyer.
The form and spacing of the identifiable letters on the obverse and the bust style suggest the coin is probably Class 1a3-b1 (AD 1180-1189) although classes 5 and 6 (AD 1204-1217) cannot be fully excluded.
