A broken Medieval silver halfpenny probably of Henry II, probably dating between c. AD 1180-1189. Voided short cross coinage, probably classes 1a3 to 1b1. Unclear mint and moneyer. The form and spacing of the identifiable letters on the obverse and the bust style suggest the coin is probably Class 1a3-b1 (AD 1180-1189) although classes 5 and 6 (AD 1204-1217) cannot be fully excluded.

It has been bent upwards slightly at one end.
