A probable flint scraper of probably Bronze Age date or AD 2500 to 800. The scraper is struck off a tertiary flake and retains no cortex.
The scraper is sub-rectangular in plan albeit with one slightly curved mesal side. Every edge is heavily chipped and damaged but behind this damage is evidence of semi-parallel abrupt retouch along the majority of their ventral surface while the distal edge demonstrates this semi-abrupt retouch on its dorsal surface also. A fragment of a silver spoon dating to the Medieval to Post-medieval period. The remaining portion comprises a length of the shank and a fragment of the bowl where they join.
The stem has a lozenge shaped cross section and tapers distally. At the distal end the stem terminates in an old break. The stem creates a 'V' shape on the underside of the spoon bowl, where it joins. The bowl may well have been fig-shaped but too little exists to be certain. An incomplete cast copper alloy spoon handle dating to the Post-Medieval period (c. AD 1450-1600). The surviving object comprises part of the of the stem of the handle and a spherical and knop close to its terminal, although the terminal itself is missing.
The spoon's stem is approximately oval in cross-section although it is quite irregular from chips to its outside. This stem survives for 11.2mm before ending in a raised collar above which is a wider spherical knop. Three body sherds that refit to become one fragment of a Medieval cooking pot dating to c. AD 1150 to 1350. The sherds are both highly abraded and have been reburnt giving them a hard brittle feel. Each of the sherds are predominantly reddish orange in colour with one large surface being a burnt blackish brown colour from burning. Each sherd has common rounded ironstone and patinated chert inclusions up to 2mm and 2.5mm respecively. An incomplete Post-Medieval lead cloth seal, probably dating to c. AD 1500 to 1800. The surviving part consists of one complete disc with its integral rivet and part of the connecting strip now broken at the end.
The rivet is stamped with a partial raised privy or merchant's mark, with a central longitudinal line flanked on its right by the letter G and on the left by another symbol. Below the line are the tops of a design possibly the remains of a pair of Xs. The remainder of the mark has been lost with the second, ring shaped, disc.

The knife stop is approximately oval in cross section and its main body is rectangular in plan. Its end has a concave indentation the outer edges of which are marked by raised ridges which run continuously from one side to the other and longitudinally down the length of the stop. Either side of this concave depression on the outer edges of the stop are two (so one on each side) knops that extend 2.7mm which are is oval in cross section with a maximum diameter of 5.5mm and a flat end.

Only the upper half of this example survives. The artefact consists of an outer frame and the arm from which a pendant would have swung.

The frame of the chape is trapezoidal in shape (often described as 'pot shaped) with rounded outer corners and an internal spike on the outside edge. A Medieval copper alloy single loop buckle dating to between cAD1250 -1400. The frame is D-shaped with a small knop in the centre of the outside edge holding the slot for the pin, which is missing. There is a small knop at each end of the strap bar which is narrowed and offset. The buckle measures 19.40mm in length, 11.60mm in width, 1.78mm in thickness and weighs 0.82g.
This is an example of a Meols type 4 dating to the lte 14th century similar to Egan (2007, 88) no. 496.

An incomplete Roman lozenge-shaped plate brooch dating to the period c. AD 100 - 200. While much of the front plate and catchplate survives the pin is missing.
The brooch consists of a lozenge-shaped plate which, unusually, has a large circular hole in the centre. This hole has a raised border. Similarly the edges of the lozenge are raised such that the area between this and the hole are bordered on each side. With this recessed area between the raised borders are very occasional traces of degraded enamel original colour of which is no longer possible too determine.

A medieval copper alloy book clasp of Howsam type A.1.2 (2016, 30-31), made from copper alloy and cast in one piece dating to 1100-1500. The terminal comprises three sections; the zoomorphic head, its central attachment point and its projecting terminal loop.
The head is made of a large flat-sided terminal knop. It is crudely zoomorphic in profile, with a pointed brow-ridge on top with two rounded ears behind, a nose at the end and is pierced transversely by a circular hole that is slightly broken on its upper surface.

A solid copper alloy ring of unknown date and function, possibly a suspension ring or part of a chain for suspension.
The ring is very regular in form and has a maximum diameter of 66.2mm that varies little across the ring.
The hoop is similarly regular. In cross section it is an an isosceles triangle with the short straight edge being the inner edge of the ring. From the top and bottom of this inner edge the upper and lower surfaces taper to a rounded point marking the ring's exterior edge.
