An incomplete Iron Age La Tene IBa type brooch dating to the period c.400 - 275 BC. The majority of the brooch survives it missing only its head and integral sprung pin. The brooch is broken at the head with only a small part of the circular cross sectioned wire of the spring remaining running vertically down for c.2mm before arching steeply upwards from the head into the bow. An unusually large and decorative medieval silver annular brooch complete with pin and decorated with incised lines, inlaid niello and an inscription. The brooch is circular in cross section and, while weighty, the weight suggests it is hollow. Medieval cast copper alloy sub-oval pendant loop. The artefact is made up of a flat circular loop; at one end of which is a collared projecting acorn terminal knop of width 4.4mm. On the opposite side there is a rectangular bar with a flat, filed, top edge. The sides are rectangular in section and thin towards the rectangular bar. The metal is pitted and it is a mid greyish-brown colour. The object survives to a length of 15.7mm, 11.4mm wide, 2.9mm thick and weighs 0.99 grams. A translucent yellow glass bead, probably dating to the Post Medieval period. The bead is spherical with a central piercing and a band of opaque white around the cnetre, caused by a change in colour in the glass trail rather than an applied band. It measures 9.30mm in diameter and weighs 1.20g. The glass appears to have been wound in a rail to form the bead. Glass beads are difficult to date with any certainty but the size, shape and colour would suggest that it is probably of Post Medieval date.

A twisted copper alloy fragment from a medieval or post medieval purse frame dating to the period c. AD 1450 - 1550. The fragment consists of an narrow length of copper alloy bar with a L-shaped cross-section which terminates in an old break at either end. The object has been twisted out of shape but was probably originally shallowly curved. It has two surviving drilled circular perforations, sewing holes,through one side of the L-shape, now filled with corrosion. A bent and slightly chipped cast copper-alloy thimble, possibly from Nuremberg, dated to c. 1330-1400. Despite the thimble being bent it is possible to identify its original form. Originally it would have been circular in plan and domed in profile (c. 10.2mm high). It edge is flat and narrow and it is made of thin metal. At the centre of the thimble on top of the dome is a single pierced hole (2.5mm diameter). The sides and top are covered in small circular indented pits.
