An Early Medieval cloisonné disc brooch of 10th to 11th century date. The circular brooch has 7 evenly spaced semi-circular lobes projecting around the edge. They are decorated with a spherical bead of blue glass on each, some surrounded by a ring of white probably corrosion product. The centre of the brooch is decorated with a floral motif of interlocking wire cells filled with enamel. Modern copper alloy trade weight from a stacking set. The weight is circular with a wide raised rim on the top with a concentric incised circle around the middle of the rim. The top has two concentric incised circles within the rim and stamped initials. The sides are angled and the back flat. There is a recessed area, 19.5mm in diameter, in the centre of the back. An incomplete Medieval cast copper-alloy single loop buckle frame with a folded cast copper-alloy plate (c. 1150-1300). Two trailing extensions and the majority of the pin are missing. The frame is an elongated oval shape in plan. It is convex at the front and flat at the rear. On the upper face of the outer edge there is a central protruding lipped pin rest. An incomplete cast copper-alloy bridle cheek-piece of 11th-century date. The fragment measures 28.8mm by 24.7mm by 3.8mm thick and weighs 9.36g. It is very worn but appears to be a central section with worn breaks at both ends, it is irregular in shape but broadly narrows from one end to the other. At the wider end is part of the original central circular hole for the bit flanked by broken ends, one additionally split around a smaller hole at the break.
