A base fragment of a greyware ceramic vessel dating to the Roman period (c. AD 43 - 410). The base is almost flat, with wear marks and more recent scratches on the underside. There is very little of the vessel's body that remains adhered to the base, but there is enough to suggest an open profile vessel form, too little survives to estimate the diameter. The fragment is a blue-grey in colour, with brownish patina. The hard fired fabric is non-micaceous with abundant very fine sand temper and occasional rounded iron stone inclusions. Post-medieval copper alloy pot leg and foot dating to c. AD 1500 to 1700. The leg is D-shaped in cross section with a flat back and a convex front. Any trace of ribs on the outer face is now unclear. The leg terminates in a very worn foot, almost oval now in cross section and rounded at the slightly widened base, separated from the leg by a raised transverse collar.
The piece is 42.04mm tall, 29.72mm wide at the foot, 17.8mm thick and weighs 71.6g.

A complete post-medieval copper-alloy scabbard chape, probably for a dagger. The chape is tongue shaped, ie with sides that are gradually converging from the top to the triangular base with a projecting angular knop at the lower point. It is C-shaped in section, hollow on the reverse (apart from the knop) with thin convex curved sides and slightly convex front.

Incomplete Late Medieval or Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double-loop buckle frame missing the pin. The surviving loop is rectangular with slightly convex sides and rounded corners.Only the stub of the second loop remains and this may have been rectangular or oval.
