Medieval cast copper alloy sub-oval pendant loop. The artefact is made up of a flat circular loop; at one end of which is a collared projecting acorn terminal knop of width 4.4mm. On the opposite side there is a rectangular bar with a flat, filed, top edge. The sides are rectangular in section and thin towards the rectangular bar. The metal is pitted and it is a mid greyish-brown colour. The object survives to a length of 15.7mm, 11.4mm wide, 2.9mm thick and weighs 0.99 grams. Egan and Pritchard (2002: 219 and 221) identify a similar item, No.1192, as a pendant loop from a belt …

An almost complete Roman copper-alloy Colchester Derivative Polden Hill type brooch, Mackreth type 8, dating to AD 75-175. The brooch is complete other than missing most of the pin. An incomplete Roman copper alloy finger ring, probably dating to between AD 50 and 250. It consists of the bezel and the adjacent parts of the hoop. The hoop on one side protrudes by c7.25mm while on the other side it extends for c11.45mm, the tapered point having been bent inwards. The rest of the hoop is missing to old breaks. A bent and slightly chipped cast copper-alloy thimble, possibly from Nuremberg, dated to c. 1330-1400. Despite the thimble being bent it is possible to identify its original form. Originally it would have been circular in plan and domed in profile (c. 10.2mm high). It edge is flat and narrow and it is made of thin metal.
