Roman copper alloy Hod Hill brooch probably of Hull type 62 or possibly 70C. It is in poor condition, with the hinged pin missing, broken head and damaged bow and catch-plate. There is a tiny patch of white metal coating remaining. The head is broken to one side of the slot for the hinge and the folded over section to hold the hinge is missing. The upper bow has two transverse ridges extending out wider than the rest of the bow, the lower one may extend into side knops but this is unclear due to wear. A base fragment of a greyware ceramic vessel dating to the Roman period (c. AD 43 - 410). The base is almost flat, with wear marks and more recent scratches on the underside. There is very little of the vessel's body that remains adhered to the base, but there is enough to suggest an open profile vessel form, too little survives to estimate the diameter. The fragment is a blue-grey in colour, with brownish patina. The hard fired fabric is non-micaceous with abundant very fine sand temper and occasional rounded iron stone inclusions. An incomplete Post-Medieval copper alloy spoon, probably dating to the late 17th or 18th century. The surviving fragment comprises of the end of the spoon's handle. This is broadly piriform in shape, tapering from 12.9mm wide at its rounded shoulders to 4.1mm, where it terminates in a worn break. In profile the top edge of one face of the handle thickens pronouncedly above the widest point of the shoulders, from 1.4mm to 3.8mm, creating a lip with a concave curve below it. Two retouched flakes of a dark grey flint, both of which retain their original white-buff cortex over the distal end. They are both sub-rectangular in shape with numerous flake scars across the two dorsal faces. A medieval to post-medieval cast lead-alloy circular unifaced token of Powell type 21 (c. AD 1250-1800). The token has a raised design of a wheel with eight spokes running from the centre to meet a circular line. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date.

Probably a Late Medieval Venetian silver soldino probably of Doge Agostin Barbarigo (1486-1501). Late type (LAVS TIBI SOLI reverse type). The soldino was known as the galyhalpens (galley-halfpence) as it was brought by the annual Venetian trading fleets. The soldino was about the size of English halfpennies and was popular because of a contemporary lack of small change: soldini in fact occur as English finds more often than proper halfpennies of the period.
