AD 285 (Reece period 14), VIRTVS AVGG reverse type depicting Jupiter standing right holding sceptre clasping the hand of Hercules standing left. Mint of Lyon. RIC V, pt 2, p. 270, cf. no. 432. This coin appears to be a variant of RIC no 432 as the bust is radiate and cuirassed (B1). The National Finds Adviser cannot confirm this variant without an image. However, the radiate and cuirassed bust (B1) is not used in this series at Lyon
