An incomplete cast lead two-part cloth seal of early/mid seventeenth century date, Norfolk/Norwich issue (c. AD 1600 - c. AD 1650). Length 22.2mm, width 20.0mm and 1.7mm thick. Weight 3.84g. The circular disc is disc 1 of a two-part seal. A small portion of the connecting strip has survived. The front has moulded capital letters in three lines: TO/NAR-/W-. The complete lettering would probably have been: TO/NARO/WE, indicating that the cloth was narrower than the regulation stipulated by the system of quality control known as Alnage. A complete cast lead cloth seal of Post-Medieval date, late sixteenth or seventeenth century (c. AD 1575 – c. AD 1700). Length: 25.6; width: 15.7mm and 3.0mm thick. Weight: 7.94g. The object is sub-rectangular in plan and has slightly convex sides. It appears to have been made from a piece of lead which has been folded and soldered along one edge. An incomplete cast lead seal matrix (possibly) of probable Post-Medieval date (AD 1500 - AD 1700). Length 37.0mm, diameter at the base 18.0mm. Weight 34.78g. The object consists of a conical hollow-shaped lead object, The base is roughly circular ion plan, about 18.0mm in diameter. The cone is partially filled with clear glass, the surface of which may have formed a die. However, the surface of the die is missing and the surviving part of the glasss is cracked and crazed.

Fragment of a cast lead insurance fire mark with an image of the sun as a human mask with radiating rays, probably dating from about AD 1700 to AD 1850. Length of surviving part 143mm, width 78mm and 3mm thick. Weight 249.16g. Viewed from the front, the right hand side is an original curved edge. However, all other edges have been formed by subsequent cutting or shearing in order to utilise the lead sheet for another purpose, perhaps for patching. Incomplete 2 disc lead cloth seal of Post Medieval date (1625 - 1650). Seal for Norwich worsted. Diameter 15mm. Weight 93g. The piece consists of disc 1 with a moulded impression of a three drum tower with a lion passant guardant below (arms of Norwich). The reverse side of the disc has a cloth impression and the remains of a rivet upon which is a letter W with a letter I above, part of a jumble of initials in the manner of those illustrated in Egan, G. 1995, refs. 81-5. A seal for Norwich worsted.

This male figure has a robust body with the head facing forwards. The hair is tightly curled and the facial features are African in character. The right arm is broken just below the elbow and the left arm just above the elbow and both legs are broken close to the knee. Incomplete circular lead cloth seal (an inner disc) of early sixteenth century date. Part of the top and the bottom of the seal are broken and missing (old breaks). Diameter 36mm and 1.5mm thick. Weight 10.16g. The obverse side was probably decorated but is very worn and illegible. The reverse side has a long T over M surrounded by a laureate. Within the plain border is the inscription, “]FIDELIT[ ]OVIERT[“. The seal is in a fragile condition.
