A complete but broken post-medieval silver coin of the United Provinces of the Netherlands, half helmet shilling / 3-Stuivers (halve gehelmde schelling) of the Province of Friesland (Purmer Fr65), dated 1599. Ref: Purmer 2009: 203.
The coin is worn and in two pieces with a portion of the coin - about 20% of the outer circle - detached along a curving line.

The following objects were all found relatively close together in the plough-soil and probably represent the remains of the grave-goods from a single, ploughed-out, Anglo-Saxon female grave. It is probable that the finds have become dispersed through agricultural activity.
1) Spoon (IOW 2003.74.12).
Surface metal analysis conducted at the British Museum indicated an approximate silver content for the spoon of 88-97%. Its partly remaining bowl is gilded. Most of the breaks are old. The spoon, as it survives, weighs 18.41 grams (including fragments).
