A complete Medieval cast copper-alloy and enamelled heraldic harness stud (c. 1307-1324). The front face of the pendant carries an enamelled heraldic device comprising four transverse bands in blue enamel, with five red birds or martlets fairly evenly spaced around the plate, the silvering in between now missing due to post-depositional corrosion. However, a small fleck of decayed silver survives. At the rear, an integral tapering spike is sub-square in cross-section and its tip is bent at an angle of 90°. An incomplete cast copper alloy lamp hanger of Mediaval date (c. AD 1230 - c. AD 1400). Length: 30.0mm, width: 23.2mm. Weight: 5.78g. The object comprises a shaft with a suspension loop and three branching arms. The loop is sub-circular and has a sub-circular perforation. At the apex of the loop there is a small rounded knop. The shaft, between the suspension loop and the arms is sub-circular in cross-section.
