A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy finger-ring (c. 1500-c. 1700). This finger-ring is misshapen. It has an integral oval bezel which is decorated on the top with incised grooves. Two grooves form a saltire cross. Two opposite angles of the cross are plain and the other two angles are hatched to form lozenges. The edges of the bezel, close to the shoulders, have oblique incised grooves. The plain shoulders taper into the hoop, which is 'D'-shaped in cross-section and terminate in overlapping ends. A complete Late Early-Medieval to Medieval (Anglo-Scandinavian) cruciform openwork mount in zoomorphic form (1000-1100). The mount is slightly convex at the front and slightly concave at the centre of the reverse. A central openwork lozenge is formed of four curled tendrils, hooked at the end, emanating from a central 3.2mm diameter openwork circle. This object is moulded at the front and concave at the rear and is in the form of an earl's coronet. It has five rays each of which supports a pearl and there is a strawberry leaf between the rays. A fragment of a post-Medieval purse bar frame (c. 1550-c. 1650). Ward Perkins Type A2. This curving fragment is 'V'-shaped in cross-section. The outer face has cast foliate decoration in the form of repeating vine-like scrolls and the inner face is plain. At one end of the plain face is a circular hole. This frame is pitted and corroded and has traces of a dark green patina. The breaks are old. Length: 35.4mm; width: 7.0mm; thickness: 5.2mm. Weight: 5.57g.

The head is sub-oval in plan and sub-circular in cross-section and has a small nipple at the apex. Five evenly spaced grooves spiral from the base to the apex. An incomplete Modern lead-alloy toy gun (c. 1850-c. 1920 AD). The stock survives and is sub-triangular in plan, pointed-oval in cross-section and has an open-ended butt. Both sides are similarly decorated with raised scrolling flowers and 'cross-hatching'. Toy guns were popular from the late 17th century and this example probably dates c. 1850-c. 1920. This object is largely coated with a buff patina. There is a break at the larger end. 35.29 x 16.42 x 8.72mm. Weight: 12.06g.
