Silver siliqua of the Emperor Arcadius (AD 383-408), Reece period 21, minted between spring AD 393 and September AD 394 at Milan, VIRTVS ROMANORVM reverse type depicting Roma seated left on a cuirass holding Victory on a globe in the right hand and an inverted spear in the left.
