Copper alloy T-shaped brooch. Tubular wings which hold the pin axes bar, there is a slot in the centre of the wings at the rear for the pin, only that base of the pin remains. The front of the head is decorated with a recessed rectangular cell containing an opposing double zigzag line, this creates a line of diamond cells in the middle flanked by triangular cells, all would have been filled with enamel. Forward projecting disc on the front of the foot., the catchplate on the reverse is complete. Date 70-150

Annular ear ring. The ring is made from a strip of copper alloy that is lozenge-shaped cross-section, it is widest at its mid point and tapers towards a point at either terminal, this has been bent to form a loop with the points overlapping by 3mm. A similar example has been recorded as treasure 2008 T619 and added on to the PAS database ESS-58B950 and GLO-866BF5

Lead alloy whirligig or buzz disc, which has been cut from lead sheeting. The buzz disc is circular in plan and has a shape serrated edge. In the centre are two pinched off-centre holes, through which a looped string or cord would have been threaded. The spinning disc would have produced a whirring noise when the tension was relaxed by pulling the hands apart (Forsyth and Egan 2005, p. 387). Copper alloy sheet tweezers length 57mm, width 8mm, thickness 9mm weight 5.07g. Sheet metal that has been bent double. The fold has been bent into an penannular loop, from this point the gap between each blade gently widens to the tips, which have bent inwards to meet and form the pincer. An incised groove runs parallel to each edge. A very similar artefact was found in excavations in Colchester (see N. Crummy; 1983; pp. 59; no. 1883). .
