A cast copper alloy object, which is possibly an Early Medieval dagger or sword pommel or a Medieval mace head. However due to it being so fragmentary, identification cannot be certain one way or the other. The artefact is a sub pointed oval in plan, and has a curved 'n' shape in section which tapers in depth towards each corner. It has moulded decoration in the form of three radiating angular lobes, which from one face are triangular, the central triangle is inverted. An incomplete copper alloy unidentified object, possibly a window latch, of uncertain date. The artefact has a a central iron pin with two protrusions either side, one thickens slightly, the front face is convex with a slight raised ridge running along the centre, the reverse is concave. The opposite protrusion is broadly semi-circular in cross section and tapers to a point, which appears to have an old break. The reverse is flat and undecorated.
