An incomplete cast copper alloy T-shaped brooch of Roman date (AD 43-250). The brooch consists of a small narrow head flanked by two small rectangular wings with an integrally cast three stepped decoration. Approximately half of the body of the brooch is retained and terminates in an old break. The spring, pin, catchplate, foot and approximately half of the body of the brooch are all missing due to an old break. The metal is a light green to mid brown in colour. Hattatt, P 304, No 923.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy headstud brooch of Roman date (AD 75-200). The brooch consists of a suspension loop, flat rectangular wings, convex bow and a small rectangular foot. The hinge, pin and catchplate are all missing due to old breaks. The brooch is decorated with integrally cast linear patterns consisting of lines running longitudinally down the wings, and crossed linear decoration creating triangular cells, some of which retain small amounts of probable blue enamel. A complete cast copper-alloy gilt finger ring of late Medieval date (AD 1400-1500). The ring is constructed from a single sheet of copper-alloy, which has been looped and joined to make the hoop of the ring. The external face of the ring has a deeply incised repeating floral motif. This pattern consists of a series of short well executed curvilinear lines, which interlock and form a series of leaves and (possibly) flower buds. A complete copper-alloy hooked clasp of early Post-medieval date (AD 1500-1600). The hooked clasp consists of a single piece of wire bent into two attachment spirals at its head (bent inward towards the shank of the hooked clasp) and a single hook (also bent back towards the shank possible post depositionally). The hooked clasp is a Read class A, type 1, number 583. The metal is a dark brown with some green inclusions. Read, Pg 155, No 583.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy bow brooch of Roman date (AD 100-200). The brooch consists of a partial splayed sub-rectangular head with rounded wings and part of the convex bow. There is also some indication that a partial loop remains in situ on the reverse of the head and a small portion of the catch plate remains on the reverse of the lower section of the bow. Some of the head, bow, suspension loop, catch plate and spring are missing along with the entire foot and pin, all due to old breaks. The metal is a dark greenish brown in colour.

A fragment of a copper-alloy cruciform brooch in the Anglo-saxon tradition dating to the early Medieval (AD 410-720). The fragment consists of the lower bow section with zoomorphic decoration in the form of bulbous eye protrusions and spatulate extensions on either side of the bow. The fragment terminates at both ends in old breaks after the lower section of the bow and before the footplate. A corpus of Anglo-Saxon material from Suffolk, pg 309, no 2. The metal is a dark green in colour. The weight was no recorded during the initial recording of the object.

An agreement under Edward IV in 1469 confirmed the Low Countries coinage of Duke Charles as legal tender in England. In the late 15th and early 16th century, double patards of Charles the Bold were a part of the English currency and feature regularly in hoards alongside English groats as well as being recovered as single finds. Copper alloy cast strap end from the late Anglo-Saxon period. It is almost triangular in plan and is not complete being broken at the top (widest) end. It is zoomorphic in design, probably a mouse, and dates to around the 9th century AD. The design is zoomorphic and a snout, eyes and ears can be seen. The snout is narrow at the bottom and widens up to the ears where it stops. The eyes are raised hollow circles, the ears are similar but sub-circular and larger. The ears may have been filled with something, possibly enamel for decoration.
