IOVI PROPVGNATORI reverse type depicting Jupiter standing left, head right, holding thunderbolt in right hand. Mint of Rome. Treasure case no. 2015 T620 (not Treasure).
An attachment stub/scar can be seen on the reverse.

Twenty Roman coins found in Brading parish in an area of about 25.0m in diameter. Treasure case no. 2011 T181. The coins were found on different occasions between 2003 and 2010. The finder stated that his brother also found a few during this period, but he has been unable to find them.
This modest purse-full of bronzes runs up to at least the Antonine period. However the deposition date could be much later given the very worn condition of the coins and the lack of supply of post-Antonine bronzes to Roman Britain. A Roman hoard of radiates was discovered within a ceramic vessel in the eroding cliff-face of the south-west coast of the Isle of Wight by Mr Mick Green. Description of find
The finds comprise just over 105 objects from the same ploughed-out Anglo-Saxon cemetery as the large and small groups reported previously as Treasure (2004 T187, and 2006 T62 respectively), which have since been acquired by the British Museum.
