Animal head terminal above which is a panel of decoration consisting of a central motif, the details of which are lost, surrounded by a ladder like chain of squares with central dots, The upper end of the strap end bears a palm motif and two rivet holes. One leaf of the bifurcation is missing. While it would be expected that this design would be inlaid no mention of this was made on the original record. Sheet copper alloy object, strip like, one end may have been split to receive a strap, the other end is now damaged but expanded and appears to have had two holes through it. The strip is parallel sided with a width 13.3mm, its thickness, however tapers down the length. Both faces were decorated with a ring and dot design made up of a double ring and central dot. Length 48.8mm, Width 13.2mm, Thickness 1.9mm, Mass 5.63g.

Iron tool, blade expanded and crescentic, 77mm wide, section flat. Above this the section narrows, to form a waist, before expanding to a 38mm diameter cylindrical section the end of which narrows to from a hammer like face. This object is best interpreted as a blacksmith's 'hot set' a chisel like tool which was used to cut hot metal at the forge.

Cast lead object, apparently with a thin section, its surface covered with fine ribs or grooves (as this object can now only be described from the drawing some features are open to doubt). It was described as the 'Lower half of a lead figurine, most probably a toy. Skirt very pleated'. An examination of works on lead toys (Forsyth and Egan 2005) and pilgrim badges (Spencer 1998) failed to find any parallels and it is possible that it represents the remains of one of the so called 'bird feeders' (these are too narrow and deep to have allowed a bird to feed or drink). Cast copper alloy mount, one end flattened and folded back to from a loop through which is a rivet. At the other end is a second, larger rivet by which the mount was secured to the strap. Between these two elements is a lozenge shaped panel bearing a cross (or a fleur) set within an incised lozenge. These are inlaid with blue and red enamel. Mounts of this type may have been used to secure purses or attachment loops to belts (Egan and Pritchard 1991, 219-224, Fig. 140). In London these objects were dated to 1350-1450.
