An incomplete late medieval to post-medieval sheet copper alloy dagger scabbard chape. The chape consists of a single plate of folded metal. Most of the chape survives but the mouth is damaged. The front is cracked and appears to be undecorated. The seam can be seen down the length of the reverse. The metal has a smooth and shiny, mid jade-green finish.
