An incomplete blue glass bead of Victorian date. A spherical blue glass bead flattened on two opposing sides. A perforation passes through the centre of the bead from one flattened side to the other. A few areas of the surface of the bead are missing due to breaks. Dimensions: diameter 12.2mm, height 9.5mm and weight 1.6g. The circular vertical perforation has a diameter of 2.4mm. Discussion: Beads of this type can be difficult to date but it is most likely to be of late Post-Medieval date.
