A copper alloy and iron Viking strap fitting of Early Medieval date. The object is sub-triangular in plan, expanding at either end and waisted in the centre. The wider expanded end is square in cross-section and has an iron core from which projects the remains of a possible circular rivet for attachment. From the solid square end the object narrows and thins towards the opposite end which is split. An almost complete copper alloy brooch of Early Medieval date, late 8th-9th century. The brooch is circular in plan and flat with zoomorphic and openwork decoration. The brooch is decorated with a central 'kite-shaped' cross, the terminals of which are rounded, expanding out over the edge of the circumference of the plate. Each rounded terminal contains a circular groove within which is an undecorated area containing a circular rivet hole. An incomplete cast copper alloy Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch from the late 5th century AD. The foot is D-shaped in cross-section before flattening out. The foot has a zoomorphic terminal with two eyes picked out by raised dots. The object has expanded circular nostrils above the spatulate extension. Above the zoomorphic terminal the foot is decorated with three transverse mouldings. A small amount of the base of the catchplate remains on the reverse. A copper-alloy strap-slide dating to the 10th century. It is flat and rectangular, and decorated with a crude relief Borre-style ring chain. On the ridges of the ring chain the remains of gilding (or the bare copper alloy) can be seen. On one side of the outer face is a triangular perforation, apparently a casting flaw. On the reverse is a rectangular attachment loop, D-shaped in cross-section. The loop is integral and has possibly been repaired at one side where there is an overlap of copper alloy. A complete polyhedral lead weight, probably dating to the early medieval period (c.AD 850-950). The weight has eight unequal sides with each face presenting incised lines of inconsistent directions. Cast lead incomplete object of uncertain function and of possible medieval date. It is sub-circular in plan and oval in section. The outer edge is raised and rounded on the upper surface while the reverse is flat. The upper surface is decorated with a flower-like design consisting of two raised petals and a raised central circle. Two more petals probably decorated the opposite half which is missing. A raised border encloses the flower. There is a small circular indentation on the reverse of the object. This is an interesting object however it's function is unknown.

Cast copper alloy dagger pommel dating to the Medieval period. The object is semi-circular in plan and domed. The object is hollow. At the top of the object is a sub-square opening and at the base a wide oval opening. The openings would have allowed the tang of the dagger to pass through the pommel. The opening at the top of the object is 6.67mm wide and 6.06mm in length. At the base of the object the opening measures 23.10mm in width and 6.81mm in length. Cast copper alloy bell probably dating to the Medieval period, (1100-1500). It is round in plan and sub-oval in cross section. The bell has a simple form. The top of the object is rounded and it widens towards its open base. A broken circular loop is integrally cast at the top of the object. A moulded ridge runs around the outer base of the bell. There is no other visible decoration. The object is quite damaged, a fragment of the base rim is missing and a large crack runs along a portion of the moulded ridge. The tabbed projection is pierced with a regular circular perforation. One side of the object is engraved with a face. The oval face has an open down-turned mouth, a long narrow nose and oval eyes. The object is narrow and thin, tapering from 10mm at the widest surviving part to 7mm at the narrowest.
