An incomplete lead alloy plumbob dating to the Medieval period. The weight is oval in plan and cross-section with a central decorated panel on each face. The decorated panel on each face sits within an oval depression with the decoration on one face consisting of a zig-zag ridge running the length of the panel with three pellets between each turn of the ridge. An unidentified lead alloy object of probable later medieval or post medieval date 1400-1800. The artefact is irregular in plan and profile - it resembles the designs seen on lead tokens of this period, although it's size and shape make it relatively undiagnostic. The fragment has raised ribs on the back forming a cross whilst the front has an irregular pattern - possibly showing a head / profile facing left. It is a mid grey colour with a sound patina. It measures 23.5mm length, 24.0mm width and is 2.9mm thick.

A complete cast Medieval lead weight. The shield-shaped weight has a rectangular hole near the top. On the front is a figure of a lion rampant in relief and the back is plain. Around the edge are three notches, which look as if they were cut by a blow. The length is 38.7mm, the width is 31.1mm, the thickness is 7.7mm and the weight is 55.81g.

A slightly crushed Medieval lead-alloy bell. The crushed ball-shaped bell has an integral D-shaped attachment loop. The base of the bell is made up of four petal like flaps and a pebble found inside the bell may have been the clapper. The body is decorated with a pattern of cast, raised bands representing ribbons, each 4mm wide and filled with raised transverse lines. The diameter is 17.0mm, the length is 21.0mm and the weight is 6.40g. Metal analysis done by the finder using the Phi-Rho-Z method shows that bell is an alloy of 95.01% lead and 4.99% copper. Complete cast lead-alloy spindle whorl. The artefact is circular in shape and "D" shape in section, with a large central perforation measuring 11.5mm in diameter. Both the upper & lower surfaces of the object are decorated with a series of raised lines cast in relief. These markings are often believed to be runic or other lettering but in most cases, as in this one, the lines cannot be said to represent letters and are a purely abstract design. Lead token, the central area of one face bearing three raised horizontal bands one edge of which is notches (labels). Above this is a W motif in the angles of which are dots. Around field is a plain band bearing six irrigular saltires. On the reverse is crude, four petalled flower. Diameter 34.3mm, Thickness 2.1mm, Mass 23.20g.
