An incomplete copper-alloy Late Early-Medieval stirrup strap-mount of Williams Class B, Type 3 dating to c.1000-1100. It is incomplete insofar as the two fixing loops are incomplete (old breaks) and one of the two iron rivets is missing (the other is in situ but badly corroded). An incomplete copper-alloy Roman (AD 50-150) Colchester derivative brooch ('Dolphin' type). It measures 26.5 mm in length, with a wingspan of 25.3 mm and weighs 4.24g. The spring and pin, and the lower portions of the bow including the foot and catchplate, are missing. The break in the lower section of the bow is heavily worn. A copper alloy possible bridle cheek piece component of late early-medieval date (c.1000-1100), consisting of a loop with two diagonal edges (creating a triangle) while the rest of the loop's edge is curving and circular in shape. An incomplete post-medieval (1500-1700) copper-alloy belt mount, its integral spikes to the reverse missing their tips. The belt mount is D-shaped in cross-section, being flat to the reverse. It is triangular in shape with an elongated D-shaped projection extending from the centre of the short end (3.4mm wide, 4.4mm long). To the reverse two worns stumps remain of the attachment spikes; these are alinged longitudinally and close together at the wider end of the object. A medieval (1250-1450) copper-alloy strap fitting, probably one half of a two-piece strap-end. In shape the strap-end forms a solid U from the straight edge of which a concave-necked projection extends into a triangular terminal. The resulting effect is of two circular/ semi-circular perforations in a parallel-sided strap-end with one rounded end and one triangular end. The reverse has traces of a separate (but very corroded) backplate, a solid U in shape. The object measures 22.0mm in length, 11.5mm in max.width, 1.5mm in thickness and weighs 0.82g. A probable piece of copper alloy metal working debris, perhaps a casting runner, of uncertain date. The object is conical in shape with an oval base (19.8x17.9mm) narrowing into a projection that is oval in cross-section and terminating in a worn break (which measures 10.2x8.8mm). The object stands 15.2mm in height and weighs 4.62g. All original patina is lost and the metal is now a browny-purple in colour.

It is a Thomas Class B, Type 1, characterised by transverse mouldings and a possible zoomorphic terminal. The strap end measures 37.61mm in length and 8.62mm in width. It has a split end and slightly tapering shaft. It is difficult to ascertain on this particular strap-end whether the terminal is zoomorphic as the moulding is very worn. A copper-alloy medieval bar-mount, incomplete insofar as it is missing one of its two separate rivets, dating to c.1200-1400. The mount is formed of a central, solid, oval body. From the long edges an oval, solid terminal lobe extends. All three lobes are hemispherical in shape, the two smaller lobes having a central piercing for a rivet. The upper surface of the central oval lobe is undecorated with a smooth and shiny patina. The surviving rivet measures 5.7mm long and 2x1mm at the head. The patina is dark green in colour.
