A base silver or plated unit of the Kent Region / Cantiaci, probably struck for Amminus, c.AD 30-45, 'Amminus Wreath Box' type. Obverse: Letter A within a wreath. Reverse: A hippocamp right, S above, AM below. As ABC p. 45, no. 462; BMC nos. 2520-2521; VA no. 194. Diameter 11.17- 12.01mm.

A base silver obol, struck at Marseilles, circa first half of the 1st century BC. The metal has a very base appearance and the coin might be a contemporary imitation. Cf. C. Brenot, S.
